A strong brand image is one of a company’s most valuable assets. Following the merger of Lakeland Bank to Provident Bank, it became essential to reevaluate and update the brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. I led the effort to refresh the existing brand guide, incorporating both legacy elements and new standards that reflected the brand’s evolution. Additionally, I expanded the guide to include clearer, more comprehensive guidelines for internal teams and external agency partners, helping to maintain a cohesive and aligned brand presence. Once completed, the brand elements were translated into new marketing and brand materials.

As an in-house designer, maintaining alignment with corporate brand standards was always a top priority for me. As the brand evolved, I took the lead in developing a cohesive and up-to-date set of brand guidelines that reflected the latest design principles. This included creating a comprehensive brand booklet, updating templates across various lines of business, and designing branded materials such as letterheads, pocket folders, and backdrops. I also played a key role in educating over 700 employees across the organization, ensuring consistent usage and understanding of the new brand materials.
