MSA Security Email

MSA Security, Security Service

The first email design was created for MSA’s SmartTech program as part of a four-part campaign scheduled to roll out over the course of a year. The first email focused on New York City, represented visually by a skyline image viewed through the lens of bomb tech goggles, which signified seeing the city from the perspective of the technician. Each email in the series will follow this visual framework, with the goggles and general layout remaining consistent, while the background city image and associated statistics will vary to reflect the specific location being highlighted. The goal of the campaign is to localize the SmartTech program by connecting it to the cities in which it operates, while maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.

The second email design was developed for MSA Security’s Windsor Program, with the objective of creating a series that highlights various training centers across the country. Each email in the six-part series featured a consistent layout that included a national heatmap of all training locations, spotlighting a specific center in each edition. The design was structured as an infographic: one section presented key facts about the featured training center, and the other showcased company-wide statistics using visually engaging icons. To ensure brand consistency and efficiency, certain design elements, such as the white box and footer—remained static throughout the series, while the blue content box was customized to reflect each featured location.

Lakeland Bank Email

Lakeland Bank, Financial Institution

For the first email design, Lakeland Bank began leveraging Salesforce Pardot to manage customer onboarding and other automated email communications. As part of this initiative, I was responsible for designing a variety of email creatives, including automated customer birthday email. My approach aimed to enhance user engagement by incorporating subtle GIF animation to introduce movement and a celebratory tone, while ensuring the visual integrity of the design was maintained in cases where animations might not render. The goal was to strike a balance between creating a more dynamic, engaging experience and maintaining brand consistency.

The second email design was created for a cross-sell communication developed to promote relevant bank products and services to existing customers. These targeted campaigns were designed to raise awareness and drive adoption of offerings that customers were not currently utilizing, using visually appealing layouts and clear messaging aligned with Lakeland Bank’s brand identity.

Another key area of my work involves designing graphics and videos for digital advertising campaigns, which are deployed across various online channels such as websites, streaming platforms, and digital media networks. These assets are strategically developed to support a range of marketing objectives throughout the customer journey – from building brand awareness and increasing engagement to promoting new product launches and driving conversions.
